Interstate Hotels & Resorts, one of the largest independent hotel management companies in the world, has been a BirchStreet customer since April of 2003. Over 390 Interstate properties in six countries (US, Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Belgium and Russia) use the BirchStreet e-Procurement solution today.
We are pleased to announce that Interstate Hotels and Resorts has also chosen to implement BirchStreet’s AP Automation and Invoice Capture modules, making their BirchStreet implementation a full Procure-to-Pay solution. The additional BirchStreet functionality includes:
- BirchStreet’s AP Automation module with 3-Way Auto-Matching
- By-directional interfaces to the back-office ERP system (Lawson)
- Direct e-Invoicing interfaces with key suppliers
- Checkbook Drilldown
- Use Tax Calculator
- Advanced Workflow approvals
The rollout is currently underway with some 59 properties and the shared services center in Dallas currently live on the full Procure-to Pay suite. An additional 300+ properties are scheduled to go live by year’s end.
