In recent months BirchStreet has implemented our solutions in a number of luxury hotel properties in France.
Today, I’m pleased to announce that the Concorde Opéra Paris went live on BirchStreet. The property boasts 266 luxury guest rooms, is located in the heart of the “3-Parises” and is the third Concorde property to go live on BirchStreet’s Procure-to-Pay solution including BirchStreet e-Procurement, AP Automation and our Inventory Control application. The three Concorde properties
are also using BirchStreet’s Declining Checkbook feature, Advanced Approvals and a custom AP interface to Concorde’s ANEAL accounting system. The other Concorde properties on the BirchStreet platform include the Hotel Concorde Montparnasse and Concorde’s Hôtel du Louvre. The remaining Concorde hotels are scheduled to go live on BirchStreet in the coming months.
I am also pleased to announce that on May 1st, the Marriott Renaissance Paris Vendome went live on the BirchStreet platform.
The luxury boutique hotel is using BirchStreet’s e-Procurement Application with Advanced Approvals and Declining Checkbook. The property was awarded the prestigious five star classification that recognizes the highest standards of luxury in both service and facilities.
Recently the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Neuilly converted to the enhanced version of BirchStreet’s Inventory Control Application. The system is specifically designed to address the needs of complex food and beverage operations. The hotel, which offers 242 guest rooms and 20 meeting rooms, also uses BirchStreet’s Advanced Approvals and Declining Checkbook.
