Today, we are pleased to announce that Bill Hirsch has been named Vice President of Sales for North America at BirchStreet Systems.  A lodging industry veteran, Bill brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, specifically in supply chain and procurement for the hospitality industry. Bill’s background includes hotel operations, strategic planning, as well as sales and marketing at leading hospitality companies and suppliers including BuyEfficient, Choice Hotels International, HD Supply and Ramada Franchise Systems.  Hirsch was directly responsible for business development at BuyEfficient and spearheaded HD Supply’s entry into the lodging sector.

Bill will lead BirchStreet’s U.S. sales efforts and will aim to expand the industry-wide adoption of e-Procurement using the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.
